Refund Policy
Clients can request a refund within 15 days of the initial engagement if they are unsatisfied with our services. To be eligible, clients must submit a timely request with valid reasons and not have received any deliverables. We will evaluate their concerns, strive for resolution, and may offer alternative solutions. Refunds will be promptly processed using the original payment method. However, after 15 days, the client will not be eligible for the refund until Richmond Publishing House cancels the contract before the end of the project.
Revisions Policy
Richmond Publishing House offers a revisions policy to ensure client satisfaction. The number of revisions included in the service will be clearly specified in the agreement between Richmond Publishing House and the client. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may be subject to additional charges. Revisions will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe, and any requests for revisions should be communicated promptly by the client.
Full Payment in Advance
Clients are required to make full payment in advance for all services provided by Richmond Publishing House. Failure to make the payment may result in a delay or cancellation of the project. Payments should be made in accordance with the agreed-upon Terms and using the accepted payment methods specified by Richmond Publishing House.
Client Responsibility for Taxes and Legal Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and taxation requirements. This includes the responsibility to accurately report and remit any taxes or fees associated with the services received from Richmond Publishing House. Richmond Publishing House will not be held liable for any taxes, penalties, or legal consequences arising from the client's failure to comply with such obligations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our website or services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
